About Us

The Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board is an independent not-for-profit organizations sponsored by the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities (MTCU). This organization is led by volunteer Board Members who have demonstrated an interest in employment and training issues in their communities and include representatives of business, labour, educators/trainers, women, francophone, people with disabilities, visible minorities, and other groups that may be relevant to their specific area.

The MTCU funded activities of the Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Development and Planning Board focuses on partnership development, and the Trends, Opportunities and Priorities (TOP) document. In addition, the Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Development and Planning Board carries out a number of local initiatives in their geographic areas.
